About Annouchka- French, Swiss, Canadian, used to be a Montrealer, now is a New Yorker. Married to a fantastic and handsome man, DH, who loves to eat, which works out since she loves to cook and entertain. Self proclaimed foodie, restaurant lover, avid traveler, health nut and lover of all the finer things in life. She found them so you don’t need to!
You don’t need a big kitchen (even the smallest of New York kitchens can make a delicious meal), the latest appliances, a degree from the Cordon Bleu; it doesn’t have to take hours to prepare or a list of ingredients longer than the telephone book and mostly no one should be intimidated by cooking because it can be easy & fun, healthy & delicious and everyone can do it!
